In an open letter to his customers, Medical Alliance Services CEO Paul Herchman reinforced the benefits of the Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture device best known as “Tickle Lipo” for both surgeons and patients alike.
“Production and sales continue to grow as doctors and patients report on both the clinical benefits and results using Tickle Lipo technology” added Mr. Herchman. “In addition, we are expanding our level of service and will be announcing new programs to support our doctor network in 2012.”
There are ongoing clinical studies which support the contention that the quality of fat, used in fat grafting, and stem cells retrieved using Tickle Lipo is superior to any other liposuction system on the market today. Further details of these studies will be forthcoming in future announcements.

I have been doing lipo suction for over 3 years with hundreds of cases performed using laser lipolysis Vaser technology. I started using Tickle Lipo with the Nutational technology about a month ago and have been amazed. I thought I was getting good results with Vaser/Laser but my results have been AWESOME with tickle lipo and laser. This technology gives superior results in lipo sculpting even on larger patients. I see an incredible difference over my results from before. THIS REALLY WORKS!!!
I have been one of the early adopters of many suction systems including PAL,Vaser,Body jet and variations of these in different forms.
I am using the Tickle Lipo for the past year and found out that this system is so much more advanced than the above methods.
The frequency and the amplitude of the notational canulas allow an easy physical brake down of scarred and fibrotic fat.
I am able to remove fat at a rate of approximately 15 c.c/minute,much faster and more accurate than any of the other methods
The patients smile during the procedure and recover faster than with any of the above.
I found many uses for this innovative tool.

At Millennium Medical Technologies we have tested Tickle Lipo using scientific principles and our study demonstrates that Tickle Lipo is 3x better than any manual system for collecting Regenerative cells. MicroAire only claims that their PAL system doesn’t cause any more damage than manual systems. MAS has sold many systems to former MicroAire users. I am sure they have told the marketplace how much better Tickle Lipo is which is why MicroAire is running scared.
I have used the Tickle system for over six months now after using the Microaire PAL for about five years. I found the difference in smoothness, fat reduction and healing time to be incomparable compared to the PAL. Additionally, I have found that patients find the Tickle less painful during AND after the procedure.
It is interesting that this email from Microaire follows closely on the heels of the remarkable work recently published regarding the enhanced vability of stem cells in NILs specimens for reinjection. The potential use of these cells and the technique show great promise and affirms the gentle nature of the procedure. I like any publicity regarding Tickle Lipo and regardless of the allegations, the future is bright for all of us using Tickle Lipo. More impotantly, patients and clients are the ultimate winners. I had already purchased another technology when I had my demo for Tickle Lipo. I had little interest in adding another technology right away. However – it took only one experience with it to recognize that my procedure time and physical labor was 1/4th with Tickle Lipo when compared to my other “cutting edge” laser lipo technology. I have added fat transfer to my practice because the gorgeous highlighter yellow fat that is harvested has little blood, and a 97% viability post harvest. ( see studies by Millenium Technologies, and comparisons recently discussed by Dr. Todd Malan at the CACS meeting in San Diego ). I have a video of the procedure with tickle lipo that I show patients – it illustrates how gentle and smooth the process is – even in the most fibrous and difficult areas. I use it with every single lipo case. I have seen my patient’s recovery times go from 3-4 days, to 1 day most often. Additionally the post procedure pain and bruising is significantly less with tickle lipo than with my laser lipo, despite the added coagulation achieved with the laser. I have several patients who are busy professionals report that they worked from home the evening after their procedure. I no longer use sedation, and most patients do not take pain medications with Tumnescent anesthesia and the tickle lipo – pain meds have become a rare thing in my practice. I used Microair for almost 3 years, in large volume lipo ended up using #5 canulas. Now for past 8 months using Tickle lipo have only used # 3 canuls, and shortened suction time by almost half.
Results are better superior and patients are happier.
Never will go back to Microair. It needs improvements,modifications and need to catch up with Tickle lipo.
Tickle Lipo is by far the most efficient and advance system to do liposuction hands down out of all the systems out there.
Bottom line is you can infiltrate and then lipo at a very fast rate and still be very safe.
I can usually remove 2500 cc of fat in a full abdomen with love handles and flanks included in under 60 minutes. That includes infiltration as well.

Also the quality of fat for fat transfer has been as good or better then retrieving fat manually.
The way I explain it to MD’s I train…is if you had a job cutting trees with an axe everyday…and somebody gave you a chainsaw, you would never go back to the axe…. thats exactly what happens to physicians when they first try tickle lipo…. there is no way to go back to any other system.

I own and use numerous different liposuction devices, including Vaser, Body-Jet, SmartLipo, Micro-Aire, and most recently Tickle Lipo. All devices have different indications for me in my practice, as they are all different and operate differently. Tickle-Lipo is clearly different to Micro-Aire, and particularly in the awake or lightly sedated patient, is clearly superior. There is no doubt that the vibratory movement is different to the Micro-Aire movement, and this would account for it’s superiority to the MicroAire device in these patients. The efficiency and control of fat removal also appear to be superior.
We have been using Tickle Lipo with Nutational Technology for 2 years and have achieved excellent results with it. We simply love it!
I have no financial interest in nutational liposuction (Tickle Lipo). I began using PAL in 2000 (our practice eventually had 3 units) which was a tremendous improvement from SAL. About 2 years ago I was introducted to nutational liposuction from Euromi. Given the opportunity to test-out the system, I did a side-by-side comparison with PAL. As I perform liposuction under tumescent anesthesia (no sedation/GA) with patients awake, I had direct patient feedback as well as being able to observe patient response. Patients were told two different systems were being used, one system on the right hiproll (PAL) and the other (Tickle Lipo) on the left hiproll but not given any other information regarding the specific systems. Without exception, all patients found the nutational system significantly more comfortable. I found with the nutational system I could penetrate the tissues with much greater ease compared to PAL in particular in areas of secondary liposuction and in treating Gynecomastia. This was very noticeable in patients’ response. The nutational system was also used to infuse the tumescent anesthesia which made infusion many fold easier for both me and my patients especially in fibrous areas and areas of secondary liposuction. Shortly after having had this opportunity to do a side-by-side comparison I joined a new practice. Although significantly more expensive, we purchased nutational system by Euromi. While PAL was a great system in its own right, in my opinion it does not compare to nutational liposuction. Just as Honda and Ferrari are both cars with combustion engines, PAL and Tickle Lipo are powered forms of liposuction, but that is where the comparison ends. Tickle Lipo wins hands down.

We choose the Tickle Lipo platform last summer after comparing every available technology for advanced liposuction procedures (laser, VASER, Micro-Aire PAL) and have been pleased with our decision. As compared to most of the alternatives to traditional liposuction (SAL), the Tickle-Lipo actually makes our work easier and produces results in an objective way with no increase in complications (as with ultrasound or laser).
Being familiar with the PAL system, I think any similarities are superficial at best. PAL is just a motorized version of traditional liposuction with the same benefits. The Tickle Lipo hurts significantly less (particularly under sedation or local only), removes fatty tissue faster, and is more effective in dense or fibrous tissue.
I have been performing liposuction since 2006. I have used Smartlipo, Vaser Lipo, PAL, water assisted lipo and by far, the Tickle Lipo system is superior in many ways to the aforementioned systems and technologies. TickleLipo is faster, yields better results, fewer complications and is the least painful to the patient than all other techniques I have come across. My patients who have had previous procedures with me with different technologies rave about TickleLipo and are amazed at how much they giggle during the procedure.
I am very pleased to report that my experience with Tickle Lipo has been wonderful for me and for my patients. We are able to accomplish both a greater fat removal and a more precise extraction than that available with other systems. I have used this technology for the past three and a half years. The safety of the equipment alone is a compelling reason for its use. However, I have used the PAL’s unit and and the Vaser previously and can formulate an opinion.
The PAL’s system is a much more basic and simple technology; it is less powerful and provides far less precision and power. The tickle lipo system is a much more efficient fat extractor and allows a much more even extraction. Because there is less discomfort, one can aspirate and remove fat more evenly and thoroughly.
The Vaser is an efficient system. However, the safety parameters are far exceeded by Tickle Lipo.
Tickle Lipo is unbeatable because of the inherent safety of the system combined with the power, ease of use, and patient comfort afforded by this technology.

NIL is one of the most efficient technologies for lipoplasty. The nutational movement is distinctly different from PAL (Microaire) and superior in my opinion. Patients are comfortable undergoing small to moderate volume (up to 2500cc) liposuction with NIL with NO sedation – which other technologies struggle to achieve.
I’m Dr Houyoux from Belgium. I use the first lipomatic from Euromi in 1997 !!! I think I know the tecnic ( Tickle lipo for you) a lot of more that most of you. You can see my results with the NIL in my website. I don’t think that you can do this kind of results with any other tecnic existing on the market for the moment. Perhaps I’m wrong. In case of, let me see ! You can really do a sculpture of the body and not just removing fat. It’s realy safe if you have a good formation like for any tecnic. If you do some lipo, please give to your patients the chance to be operated with the NIL Tecnic !
After using PAL for a while and now using NIL exclusively, I can say that the differences in both are tremendous. I am seeing better results with NIL and the time for each procedure is shorter. I am very pleased with the NIL and I will continue to use it.
Over the last few years, I have had many opportunities to try all of the different types of liposuction. I have been the happiest by far with Tickle Lipo. My patients have significantly less bruising, drainage and pain than reported after using Microaire. The results are superior in that the body sculpting result is much more even and i am able to accomplish wonderful results in far less time than with any other system. I highly recommend the Tickle system by far to anyone who is seeking a seamless system for fat extraction, preservation and transfer techniques.
As a Plastic Surgeon with experience in body contouring for about 20 years, I have used many liposuction systems including first and second generation Ultrasound, VASER, and Microaire PAL. I reluctantly agreed to try the Nutational device, and I was immediately impressed by its efficiency, the diminished physical effort involved, how much easier it is on my shoulder, and how much control it gives me to not just extract fat but to sculpt tissues more evenly and with better control. Tickle Lipo gives me a unique ability to do liposuction in the office under local anesthesia. The NIL motion of the tip is significantly different from any other powered cannula. It allows me to infiltrate a local anesthetic in such a way that the patient can be comfortable during that phase of the procedure, thus allowing the liposuction to proceed with minimal delay and more efficiency. The NIL catheter motion provides for easier removal of fat and seems to be less traumatizing to the tissue layer in that patients have les swelling and less discomfort and are back to their activities faster than with traditional liposuction. The Tickle Lipo is unlike any other liposuction system available. It is unique in two ways, its character for developing local anesthesia, and in fat removal. It is well accepted by patients and has completely changes the way in which I perform liposuction procedures.
Hello!. I was one of the first “Tickle Lipo” users and an early adopter (“seed”). I was the first to perform it in South Texas and even came up with the name “Tickle Lipo”.
Now our center has performed over 2500 tickle lipo+ laser Lipo cases since its introduction. I have used other competitors products–including microaire, and a rotational KMI unit . I dont use them anymore.
Along with Lipotherm Laser Lipolysis (since 2007) , we acheive a reduction in pinch volume of all areas >60% by 6 months . It is the fastest remover of bulk fat on the market!
Ive sat many nights with the CEO Paul Herchman. He is an honest man of high integrity. HE FLEW DOWN HIMSELF TWICE TO TROUBLESHOOT ONE OF THE EARLIER UNITS. You are not buying a machine. You are buying Paul and his company as well. Ive recommended this machine to hundresd of doctors who have called.

All I can say is that I cannot live without my Tickle Lipo. The thought of going back to the days of physical strain, sweating and working so hard on a case that took me almost twice as long to finish makes me want to cry. In the past 7 days I have removed a total of 12 liters of fat from 3 patients with Tickle Lipo with pleasure! And for someone who is 5’1″ and under 110lbs – I would not have been able to do it without pain and suffering if I did not have Tickle Lipo.
Tickle Lipo is by far THE BEST lipo Device available to date that I have tried and with excellent results that patients love!
In my liposuction practice I have used Vaser, Laser Lipolysis, Powered Cannula(Starz unit and on occasion microaire), and Body Jet liposuction. I only perform outpatient liposuction with tumescent location anesthesia. My patients receive a pill form of Ativan prior to their surgery and no other sedation. When I was approached about adding Tickle Liposuction to my “tool box” I was skeptical and didn’t really feel the need for an additional technology. After trying Tickle Lipo, it became immediately apparent that I didnt want to work without it. The infiltration process with Tickle lipo is dramatically more comfortable for my awake patients. There is no other technology I am aware of that can do this. I had the option of extracting fat in 5 different ways. Even if I chose another technology for fat extraction, 98% of my patients would be infiltrated using Tickle liposuction. It is faster and much more comfortable for the patient. They really do say it “tickles.” When I used Tickle Lipo for removing adipose, I found it to be incredibly efficient.
In summary, I highly recommend Tickle Liposuction to any physician performing liposuction on awake patients. You will be happy with the ease with which it extracts adipose and your patients will recommend you to their friends because of their comfort during the procedure.
About a year ago, I was searching for an advanced liposuction system that could be used with local anesthesia only. I went to laser lipo seminars and considered getting a laser lipo system. I was concerned about the risk of burns, so I waited and then saw an email about Tickle Lipo . I have been using the system since then and am very happy with my purchase. Liposuction has been safe, efficient and satisfying with Tickle Lipo. I have never specifically used Micro-Aire, but the mechanism powering Tickle Lipo seems to be unique.
I have been utilizing the Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture system, aka TICKLE LIPO, for the past year and I have even had the technology used on myself to harvest my fat for banking .
