With multiple sessions related to fat grafting and natural augmentations of breast and face, the 2012 annual conference of the American Association of Plastic Surgeons (AAPS) being held April 14-17 in San Francisco is sure to be ripe for discussion of Tickle Lipo’s Cell Rich Fat Transfer as part of these procedures.
More Studies Requested, But Results Are Undeniable
Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture (NIL) continues to garner major interest as the number one technical solution for such aesthetic surgery procedures as more professionals discover the high quality of fat and cells using Tickle Lipo for their fat harvesting procedures for fat loss. Though plastic surgeons continue to ask for more information and further studies related to the Tickle Lipo success, physicians who have already weaved fat grafting into their practices using NIL to remove fat continue to report amazing and undeniable successes.
Patients Love The Benefits of Tickle Lipo
Tickle lipo is in the process of redesigning some website content to address the demand for information amongst surgical professionals. We have already seen an uptick in interest on the web from consumers of cosmetic procedures who already recognize the multiple benefits of having their Liposculpture procedure to get rid of belly fat performed by a Physician who uses and NIL technology including: low risk awake anesthesia, less bruising and swelling, and minimal downtime.

Fat Grafting Using NIL Gives Surgeons An Edge Over Their Competitors
Consumers of cosmetic surgery procedures have yet to fully realize the benefits of harvesting their fat using tickle lipo for such procedures as Brazilian butt lift and breast augmentation the natural way using their own fat for augmentation. Once the surgical community becomes fully aware of Tickle’s Cell Rich Fat Transfer benefits for cosmetic solutions, they will have another range of procedures and services to discuss with existing liposuction patients. If promoted properly, they should have a significant edge to growing their practice compared to their local competitors.

After much success and many inquiries at the AACS show in Las Vegas in January this year, Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture (NIL), affectionately known as Tickle Lipo for the tickling sensation some patients experience during procedures to reduce fat, was again the focus of discussion at the Cell Society Scientific Event in San Diego February 17-18. The reason for all the buzz about NIL is the quality of adipose fat and ADRC’s (adipose derived regenerative cells) in the harvested fat.
In aesthetic surgery, the quality of fat is a big deal as it helps determine the ability to maintain volume during a fat grafting procedure. Whether it’s using fat harvested for fat loss as a natural facial filler or for a Brazilian butt lift, eliminating the need to “overfill” due to concerns of volume loss is a big deal and may even eliminate the need for a patient to store or bank fat for future procedures. “Most doctors are amazed at the 80-90% retention rate of adipose tissue from a fat graft using our technology” said Greg Miles of Millennium Medical Technologies who has developed a unique process to ensure such results.
The NIL (nutational infrasonic liposculpture) results have been so successful in fact, that many clinical and scientific specialists are doing further testing to validate results, though outcomes have already been clearly documented. At the request of some of these leading physicians, Medical Alliance Services, the North American distributor for Tickle Lipo is undergoingfurther testing in a highly documented clinical study which will result in a peer reviewed paper.
Fat grafting is becoming a huge opportunity in the cosmetic arena and doctors who can get a leg up on their competition will find new and existing patients clamoring at their practice doors. Patients are just discovering how to get rid of belly fat with a little Tickle Lipo and recycle it into a breast augmentation or Brazilian butt lift.

As reported today by Cosmetic Surgery Times and published in the February issue of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, a new technique involving injections of fat followed by implant placement may prove a viable cosmetic surgery alternative for breast cancer patients who have undergone radiation therapy.
Women who have undergone radiation therapy are usually not considered for reconstructive surgery involving breast implants due to the higher risk of complications. A surgical team at University Hospital in Rome, used liposuction to transfer fat from one part of the body and injects it into the radiation-treated area to create a bed of healthy tissue in the chest wall or remaining breast to receive the implant.
Tested by plastic surgeons over a three-year period with 16 patients who underwent breast cancer surgery followed by radiation therapy. 11 of the patients had a mastectomy and 5 a lumpectomy or other types of breast-conserving surgery. All patients received two or three fat grafts then final reconstruction, including implant placement. Results showed that the final appearance of the reconstructed breasts was rated excellent to good in 94 percent of patients and patient satisfaction was rated high to very high.
Brazilian Butt Lift
This is good news for Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture. N.I.L. (affectionately called “Tickle Lipo” for the tickling sensation some patients experience) has been in the news regarding recent studies reporting the high quality of fat cells used for fat grafting using this technology.
In addition to reconstructive surgery, in combination with lipo, fat grafting has been a common choice for celebrity plastic surgery and is now becoming mainstream for procedures such as the Brazilian Butt Lift.
