Patient Benefits of N.I.L. Reinforced in Blog Post
The patient benefits of Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture, affectionately known as “Tickle Lipo” because some patients experience a tickling sensation were reviewed today as part of a blog by Dr. Timothy Zelko, a board certified physician with 24 years experience.
For those who want to get rid of stomach fat or just want to remove fat from various body areas, patients are continuing to demand N.I.L. for their cosmetic solution according to Dr. Zelko because:
A 50-90% reduction from the usual 2 day to 2 week downtime with traditional liposuction methods. With Tickle Lipo the usual downtime is 0-2 days.
This is negligible with Tickle Lipo. Most patients experience occasional pinching discomfort during the procedure. The vast majority of patients are quite comfortable during the procedure.
Decrease Post-op Pain
Up to a 75% reduction in pain. This is scored by a pain scale where 0 is graded as no post op pain to a score of 10 which is the most severe pain. Usual for Tickle Lipo is a 2, with other procedures it can range up to a 7-10.
Decrease Healing Time
33- 84% reduction in time to end result. Most types of liposuction will take upwards of 3-6 months, while Tickle Lipo healing time is commonly less than 1 month.
Shortened Primary Phase of Healing
From 30-50% reduction in time of swelling, warmth of tissues and tenderness. With most Liposuction procedures this period lasts at least 7-10 days or even longer, with Tickle Lipo the average time is 5 days.
Dr. Sandra Lee performs liposuction on patient’s “turkey neck” using Tickle Lipo on The Doctors television program. The nutational infrasonic action of the device provides many patients with a tickling sensation and the procedure is performed under local anesthesia.
On December 8, Medical Alliance Services and Syneron partner again at the “Fat Evolution” event demonstrating for cosmetic and plastic surgeons how they can incorporate the proven benefits of Tickle Lipo into their practices.
Those doctors who have used multiple types of liposuction recently had their say and their voice was loud and clear: Tickle Lipo beats all other methods of liposuction hands down for ease of use, quality of fat extraction, and comfort for the patient, and most importantly clinical results.
Held at the Martin Lawrence Galleries in Oak Brook, Illinois guest speakers will demonstrate how to seamlessly integrate Tickle Lipo or add liposuction as an additional cosmetic procedure into their practice.
With the recent announcement by Medical Alliance Services of scientific studies which demonstrate the quality and volume of stem cells using Tickle Lipo for fat extraction, there is more than ever a huge opportunity for doctors who use Tickle Lipo form of liposuction to lead the field when it comes to stem cell applications to supplement their liposuction practice and provide an additional product offering for patients.

In an open letter to his customers, Medical Alliance Services CEO Paul Herchman reinforced the benefits of the Nutational Infrasonic Liposculpture device best known as “Tickle Lipo” for both surgeons and patients alike.
“Production and sales continue to grow as doctors and patients report on both the clinical benefits and results using Tickle Lipo technology” added Mr. Herchman. “In addition, we are expanding our level of service and will be announcing new programs to support our doctor network in 2012.”
There are ongoing clinical studies which support the contention that the quality of fat, used in fat grafting, and stem cells retrieved using Tickle Lipo is superior to any other liposuction system on the market today. Further details of these studies will be forthcoming in future announcements.

There’s always great news coming from the folks at Tickle Lipo. And, this week – parent company Medical Alliance Services presents an industry workshop geared toward doctors and other medical professionals.
CEO Paul Herchman says – the live workshop will be an overview of liposuction for fat removal; revolumize updates; as well as stem cell enrichment. Also covered, the ability for people to bank their fat: a trend lead by companies such as BioLife and Tickle Lipo – both of Dallas, Texas.
Also covered during this special workshop: informing patient/clients in using their stem cells for future clinical applications. And, they’ll be some updates on performing non-invasive body contouring – a hot trend in the cosmetic doctor world.
The event will include medical professionals/doctors and promises to be cutting edge. It is sponsored in conjunction with Syneron/Candela and Medical Alliance Services. The event will feature four expert speakers.
“It’s important for physicians to understand how this market is evolving so they can properly position their practice and benefit their patients in the near future and longterm,” says Herchman.
Tickle Lipo doctors can expect the latest and the best from Medical Alliance Services and doctor attendance looks to be very good.
William Bruyea of Stem Cell TV will reporting from the event and exclusive videos will be posted here in the coming weeks.
Tickle Lipo has built a reputation with doctors and consumers around the country and beyond. One way to gauge this, is to check Youtube. There, we see dozens of Tickle Lipo features and stories from TV stations and local doctors. The most recent comes to us from Dr. Zelko in Milwaukee – and WTMJ-TV. We’ll post that video on a later date.
But first, let’s go to the Hall of Fame. This particular video comes to us from about a year ago – and Hall’s Plastic Surgery in Austin, Tx. The music sounds fantastic, like those Charlie Brown specials we use to see. Here’s the video.
Another video comes to us from November 2010 – from KYW-TV 3 in Philadelphia. This story features a 27-year-old women who decided to try liposuction (but not traditional lipo as the story tells us). The women says she’s having “Tickle Lipo done” and the results are here. What’s interesting says the story, is that patient’s are awake and the procedure is pretty much pain free. One patient called it a “tickle” sensation. KYW Tickle Lipo Story. We like to thank Dr. Dan Mann and his patient for this terrific story.
And, what are the five most-asked questions about liposuction?
Before we answer that, there is new, terrific research that suggests liposuction, for all its cosmetic benefits, may also have significant health benefits. A study presented last month at the American Society of Plastic Surgeons annual conference, revealed for the first time that liposuction patients experience a reduction in triglyceride levels and white blood cell counts, possibly decreasing their risk for heart disease, stroke, and diabetes. “High triglyceride levels are known to be associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease,” said Eric Swanson, MD, ASPS Member Surgeon and study author. “The decrease in these levels after liposuction was surprisingly dramatic, and revealed that the permanent removal of excess fat cells by liposuction has a major impact on circulating levels of triglycerides.”
Thanks Dr. Swanson.
We here at Tickle Lipo are tickled – because, our liposuction technology is being used by more and more doctors – and considered the best by many for performing liposuction. Younger and older, female and males – from all walks of life: from all over the country and internationally. Patients see the liposuction experience as being “better” because their doctors are using Tickle Lipo.
Dr. Briant Herzog of Plano, TX performs liposuction regularly – and has been doing so for over a decade. A few years ago, he was looking for the kind of technology that would make his job easier, but more important, could make his patients feel much more comfortable. “One of the great things about this technology is its versatility. You have large people come in and they need debulking. You have others that come for specific trouble areas and need body contouring. Tickle Lipo is very fast and efficient.” Dr. Briant says the Tickle Lipo technology skips a second step in liposuction, which makes it a great choice over the many Vaser/laser technologies being offered to cosmetic/plastic surgeons.”It’s just a better way to do liposuction. You avoid heat damage that can be caused by a laser and it’s quicker.” Other doctors sum up the technology by saying it’s quicker with little patient discomfort.
Medical Alliance Services CEO Paul Herchman says – there’s an exciting “next step” – from fat collected from a Tickle Lipo patient – because it’s so well processed – and can be stored for later usage. One instance, fat can be used for filler where aging has caused a loss in volume in the face. Another application is stem cell banking facility with a company such as BioLife cell bank. This can be used as an insurance policy in the future. “There’s so much work that’s underway using a patient’s own stem cells from their own fat – to treat many medical conditions” says Herchman.
According to the ASPS, more than 203,000 liposuction procedures were performed in 2010 in the United States. Liposuction is the fourth most popular cosmetic surgical procedure. And, more and more liposuctions each year are being performed with Tickle Lipo.
